There's no such thing. A single door or a shelf is fine. If you have several small things, put them all on the list; one visit usually covers more than you'd expect.
Can you bundle a bunch of little jobs into one visit?
Yes, and it's the best way to do it. Ryan looks at the list, gives you one written quote for the whole thing, and knocks it out in a planned block of time.
Do you handle plumbing and electrical?
Fixture swaps like faucets, vanities and light fixtures, yes. Anything that needs a licensed trade, Ryan will tell you up front and can help coordinate.
Do you do pre-sale and inspection repair lists?
